About the KAIST Summer Research Internship
Welcome to the KAIST Summer Research Internship.
Since its launch in 2007, KAIST’s international summer programs have served as a bridge connecting students from around the world with KAIST’s academic community. Building on this foundation, the program has now evolved into the KAIST Summer Research Internship, a research-focused opportunity designed for students who wish to experience KAIST’s innovative and dynamic research environment.
The KAIST Summer Research Internship allows participants to join KAIST laboratories, work alongside leading researchers, and experience the depth and excellence of KAIST’s research environment. Through guided research activities, academic mentorship, and cultural exchange, students gain meaningful insight into Korean research culture while developing essential skills for future academic and professional growth. We invite you to immerse yourself in research at KAIST this summer—an experience that will broaden your scientific perspective, strengthen your research capabilities, and help you build lasting international friendships within a community of motivated scholars.
